In Canada, the Supreme Court has ruled that obese people can let it all hang out, at least two seats worth, for the price of one. (Source)

The Canadian Transportation Agency ruled that one person one fare should be the standard.

Air Canada, thought maybe one person one seat should be the standard, but the Canadian Supreme Court declined to hear an appeal letting the CTA ruling stand.
